1994 Nestle Invitational Season Badge - Tiger Woods 5th Career PGA Event as Amateur - Bob Burns Collection
Bay Hill would be the site of many memorable Tiger victories down the road, but was also amateur Woods' 5th start location. An 18-year old Tiger Woods made his 5th PGA start at the 1994 Nestle Invitational two years before his professional debut at the 1996 Greater Milwaukee Open. Tiger would receive multiple sponsor exemptions starting at the 1992 Nissan Los Angeles Open, gaining experience and setting him up for future success. A signed letter of provenance from Bob "Bullet" Burns comes with this lot.
