1955 US Open at The Olympic Club Official Program - Fleck Upsets Hogan in Playoff Winner
One of golf's greatest upsets occurred at the 1955 US Open at the Lake Course of the Olympic Club in San Francisco. Jack Fleck, a municipal course pro from Iowa, denied Ben Hogan his tenth Major championship and record fifth US Open by defeating him in an 18 hole playoff for his only career Major. Offered here is a program from the tournament, coming in great condition, showing a tear at the bottom of the spine, please see photographs.
