Lot of Two Ben Hogan LIFE Magazines - 1954 & 1955
This lot contains a set of Life Magazines in fair condition featuring the incredible Ben Hogan. The 1954 issue teases that Hogan had a secret to be successful in golf and had several of his peers, including Sam Snead, try and guess what his secret was. Hogan said "I have a secret. It is easy to see if I tell you where to look." Ben Hogan "reveals" his secret to hitting the golf ball. The 1955 issue was titled "This is My Secret" with the subtitle "Ben Hogan finally reveals the mysterious maneuver that made him a champion." The article answers the question from the year before and goes on to illustrate Hogan's grip.
