Routinely commanding a hammer price in the four digits is this Macallan Whiskey Golfer Advertising Ice Bucket, 8 lbs of resin and a great challenge to get a hold of. These were produced for limited distribution to carefully chosen in the United Kingdom, such as the The Marine Hotel in this case. It is well known in the industry, with those in the golf advertising space at the front of the acquisition line when they pop up. This specific exemplar is preserved to very good condition, exhibiting thoughtful detail throughout the sleeping whisky barrel golfer down to the golf cleats. The golf clubs remain intact, both the driver in his hand and irons poking out of his carry bag. Gold paint accenting covers 'The Macallan' along with the Z's leaving the personified barrel's mouth and headlining announcement (quite literally) "Quiet Please! Whisky Sleeping." 8 1/2" tall
