Matt Fitzpatrick Signed 2022 US Open at The Country Club Embroidered Flag
Lightning struck twice when 27 year old Englishman Matthew Fitzpatrick won the 2022 US Open at the familiar Country Club of Brookline. Fitzgerald in fact was already a USGA champion at the fabled club, winning the 2013 US Amateur on the same 18 holes. He would become the only golfer to ever win the US Amateur and US Open on the same course. Fitzpatrick signed this embroidered flag carrying the centered squirrel in black sharpie. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.
