Multi-Signed 1998 Undated Masters Champs Flag With Snead, Woods, Palmer, & 25 Others JSA FULL #BB98274
Sam Snead, Tiger Woods, Arnold Palmer, and 25 other Masters Champions applied their signatures to this 1998 Masters Undated flag. Accomplishing this feat would first and foremost be dependent on starting the flag at the right time, this being long before 'Signed Champs Flags' were the popular Masters item that they are now. Signatures of five late champions are Art Wall Jr, Sam Snead, George Archer, Gay Brewer, Billy Casper and Arnold Palmer. Those that have been to golf tournaments in which Tiger Woods was in the field are well aware of the difficulty of fighting the droves of people that want the aforementioned gentlemen's signatures, with his time-period signature found prominently placed on this flag. With hindsight and planning from the consignor, the middle of the logo was reserved for multi-winners - Arnold Palmer, Phil Mickelson, Ben Crenshaw and Sam Snead up the east coast. From many different generations of champions and golf tournaments attended came signatures from the additional champs that are: Gary Player, Trevor Immelman, Craig Stadler, Ian Woosnam, Fred Couples, Larry Mize, Mark O' Meara, Jose Maria Olazabal, Jack Burke, Zach Johnson, Mike Weir, Fuzzy Zoeller, Sandy Lyle, Nick Faldo, Bob Goalby, Bernhard Langer, Charles Coody, and Tommy Aaron. Commonly some slight wear from transportation is apparent on this flag, please refer to photos. NEW AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
Place your bids now as this auction will close LOT BY LOT beginning at 9:00pm ET Sunday, May 23rd. When placing INITIAL bid, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will be eligible for the extended bidding period. The countdown clock will be set for a 30-minute interval. Each lot will have it’s own 30-minute countdown. The clock will extend 30-minutes from the time of the most recently placed bid for that lot. If no bids are placed on that lot during a 30-minute period, the lot will close. Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm ET
4. All lots will begin closing on a LOT BY LOT basis at 9pm ET
**Once extended bidding starts at 9pm ET, each lot will then begin closing with its own 30-minute countdown timer. We recommend you place your maximum bid(s) prior to that time. Thank you**
