Rory McIlroy (Age 15) & Tony Finau (Age 14) Signed 2004 Junior Ryder Tournament Used Flag - US & Europe Teams
The Junior Ryder Cup is a team golf competition between Europe and the United States for junior golfers aged 18 and under. It is based on the men's Ryder Cup and is run by the same organizations, the PGA of America and Ryder Cup Europe. If you think it is hard to come up with course flown signed Ryder Cup material finding this sought after material from the junior version takes it to a whole different level. In this case the tournament used Standard Golf flag, with consistent use, from the 2004 matches contested in Westfield Center, Ohio comes in complete signed fashion by all participants. In 2019 it is interesting to see that 15 years later Rory McIlroy (autograph upper right hand corner) and Tony Finau (autograph upper left hand corner) have gone on to become two of the biggest stars in the game., McIlroy was 15 years old at the time of the matches, and Finau would not turn 15 until shortly after the completion of the tournament. James Spence Authentication (JSA) provides authenticity paperwork with this lot.A signed letter of from PGA Historian Bob Denney will accompany this lot.

AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, May 19th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
