Sam Snead Ink & Pastel Portrait Signed by Artist Eugene Payne '73 - Framed
82 wins and seven majors is an impressive career to put it lightly. Here we have a vibrant original ink and pastel portrait of that man hand signed by the artist Eugene Payne. Sam Snead was known for his straw hats and in this piece of art a viewer’s eyes would tend to travel and focus on this one. Condition for this piece is excellent. The said portrait is 16" H x 12" W and is framed and matted in yellow and brown wood respectively at 24" H x 20" W overall. This relic of competition at golfs highest level comes directly from the PGA where it has resided for over 75 years. From the collection of PGA REACH, with a certificate of authenticity accompanying this lot.

AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, April 14th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
