Ten High Bourbon Bar Top Napkin Caddy
A vintage napkin caddy is offered here. It advertises for Ten High bourbon. Ten High is American made and refers to the process of maturing bourbon faster by storing them higher, as in around 10 barrels high. This napkin caddy stands 7 1/4" tall.
