Tiger Woods Signed Stanford Golf Envelope Display with US Amateur Trophy Photo - Framed
Tiger Woods had his pick of colleges to attend in 1994, landing on sunny California and Stanford University. Woods majored in Economics with his golf scholarship and was the only golfer to win the US Amateur three consecutive times - 1994, 1995, and 1996. This lot offers a Stanford University envelope with an amateur signature collegiate star Tiger Woods in black marker. Other members of the Stanford Golf team were Tour players Casey Martin and Notah Begay III. Woods' career only took off more after his time at Stanford, yet many remember his time there including his 1996 NCAA Championship. Woods is pictured just above the envelope holding the Havemeyer Trophy. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.
