Vintage Golf Ball Mold - Possible 'Worhington's Sweet Shot' Golf Ball - Circa 1933

Offered here for bidders is a vintage golf ball mold. The pattern of the mold points to it being used to make Worthington's Sweet Shot golf balls, though there is no name indicated on the mold. The outside of the mold features etching of numbers, presumably from the factory workers representing size or style. The Worthington Ball Co. was founded in 1904 and produced Haskell's licensed rubber core golf ball.

Please note: This auction will end at 5:00pm EST on Sunday, June 17th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period. Still the lowest rate among major golf auction houses, there is a buyer's premium of 17.5% for all items. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended.
