Walter Hagen Signed Oversize Photo with Personalization
Walter Hagen (1892-1969), the first giant of American golf who captured 11 Majors and helped raise professional golf to never previously seen levels. A majors total that was the most for his era, and now sits behind only Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods. Here he is captured in a standing pose with his putter in hand looking up to the camera with a smile on his face. Dressed to the nines and with carefully manicured hair, Hagen always exuded class and wasn't afraid to gravitate towards the finer things in life including choices in his wardrobe and automobiles. "To Tom Clark - Sincerely Yours," is penned in Walter Hagen's hand just above a strong signature with his patented underline. This large format photograph is matted tastefully, culminating in a exquisite example of the late 'Haig's signature. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot. Measurements: Photo is 11" by 14" and with matting 18 1/4" by 15".

NEW AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
Place your bids now as this auction will close LOT BY LOT beginning at 9:00pm ET Sunday, May 23rd. When placing INITIAL bid, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will be eligible for the extended bidding period. The countdown clock will be set for a 30-minute interval. Each lot will have it’s own 30-minute countdown. The clock will extend 30-minutes from the time of the most recently placed bid for that lot. If no bids are placed on that lot during a 30-minute period, the lot will close. Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm ET
4. All lots will begin closing on a LOT BY LOT basis at 9pm ET
**Once extended bidding starts at 9pm ET, each lot will then begin closing with its own 30-minute countdown timer. We recommend you place your maximum bid(s) prior to that time. Thank you**
