Signed by contributors Archie Baird, Random Jerris, Philip Knowles, Peter N. Lewis, Russell C. Palmer, D.M. Wilson III, and H.R.J. Grant. 2005. This book contains numerous full-page illustrations to help tell the story of this book complete with its slipcase.
