2005 PGA Scorecard - Adam Scott Scorecard w/Champion Phil Mickelson Marker. Great piece of Phil Mickelson memorabilia. Players trade scorecards with the other players in the group. This card may have been the card that phil scored for Adam on his round there at the PGA. Great piece from the eventual champion. Major scorecards are very hard to find, much less the card scored by the champion. Tournament used scorecards are getting to be a hot collectible as it combines the Game Used part of the Hobby with the collecting of Genuine autographs that are witnessed by other PGA Pros. Neat collectible for the golf fan.
The 2005 PGA was the first PGA Championship held at Baltusrol, which had hosted the U.S. Open seven times, and was the first major championship at Baltusrol since the 1993 U.S. Open, won by Lee Janzen. Phil Mickelson earned his second major title by flopping a chip out of deep rough to 2 feet for birdie on the final hole for a one-shot victory over runners-up Steve Elkington and Thomas Bjørn. The purse was $6.5 million with a winner's share of $1.17 million. This item comes with a letter from James Spence Authentication, one of the leading authenticators in the field
