Sam Snead Signed Checks-All dated from 1953 His HOF Induction
This grouping of 10 personal Sam Snead checks are completely filled out and signed by the legendary hand of the "Slammer". Drawn on two accounts with six coming from the Bank of White Sulpher Springs in West Virginia and four from the Pan America Bank of Miami in Florida. An added bonus to this offering is that all ten checks were drafted in 1953 at the height of Snead's career, a special year indeed as '53 marked the year of Sam's induction into the PGA Golf Hall of Fame. You will find that each of these ten checks contains standard bank markings, cancellations and punchings consistent with their processing as banking instruments. This grouping all presents at the apparent NM/MT level. Great break opportunity for the dealer/framer/charity auction supplier.
