1927 First Edition 'A Golfer's Gallery by Old Masters' by Bernard Darwin
Presented here is a large folio-sized portfolio titled A Golfer's Gallery by Old Masters, introduced by Bernard Darwin and published by Country Life Ltd, London in 1927. This highly desired and seldom seen book includes eighteen (18) high quality color plates/prints of Old Masters golf paintings depicting golfing scenes from the 16th through to the 19th centuries in different forms on card-stock leaves.
