1931 Decoration Day Bloomfield Hills CC 36 Holes Medal Play Class A Trophy Won by Louis J. Lepper
Nestled in the city of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan Bloomfield Hills Country Club was founded in 1909. Tom Bendelow would design the course in 1911 and revered architect Harry S. Colt added onto that track in 1913 which opened two years later. This trophy from 1931 was presented on Decoration Day after 36 holes of medal play to Class A recipient Louis J. Lepper. Dual handled with impressive height at 18 3/4", this amphora vase shape trophy is elegant with legible and extensive engravings.
