1938 Chicago Open Golf Tournament Entry Form and Brochure - Sam Snead Win
This four-page original ephemera document serves as the entry form and informational brochure for the 2nd Annual Chicago Open Golf Tournament, held July 22, 23, and 24, 1938, at Olympia Fields Country Club in Matteson, Illinois.
