1946 Daily Mail Jubilee Professional Tournament at Royal Lytham & St. Anne's Honorary Member Badge
Alf Pagdam outdueled Charlie Ward. Here is a elevated Royal & St. Anne's Honorary Member badge used to gain entry from March 27-29, 1946. Ward would finish runner up and come 3 strokes away from defending his title. Padgham was best known for his Open Championship win 10 years prior, along with three Ryder Cup appearances. This tough ticket from across the pond presents well with robust black print that accounts for the majority of the front side. There is slight paper loss along the edge on the verso as depicted. Open Champion and Ryder Cup collectors will show interest in this hobby entry from the desirable ticket category.
