1969 Masters Tournament Series Badge #1 - Rare Number One Badge!

Your eyes are in fact not deceiving you! The red number "1" is positioned in the middle of green the serial number box below the raised Augusta National Golf Club United States logo and to the right of President Emeritus Robert T Jones Jr.'s jet black facsimile signature. An incredible acquisition opportunity from Augusta, Georgia has been presented to us and now you. In unimprovable condition is this first issued weekly badge to gain admission into the final installment of the impactful decade's Masters Tournament. It cannot be stressed enough that this trackable artifact will always be considered part of not only the 1969 year of Masters badges' royalty, but for all years of the 'Tradition Unlike Any Other." The vibrant yellow and green badge comes in very good condition with the original pin intact. The subtle Augusta National Golf Club logo pattered backcround gives the textured surface additional visual appeal, once issued to the initial patron through the gate on the first tournament day of April 11th for a mere $20. They would witness George Archer shoot the final round at even par to defeat Billy Casper, George Knudson and Tom Weiskopf by the narrowest margins of one stroke to win the 1969 Masters. We fully expect this badge to get the proper attention it deserves from collectors and investors alike!
