1981, 1982 and 1983 British Open Official programs - great condition.
This collection consists of three official tournament programs (years 1981-1983) for The Open Golf Championship, organized by The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews. Tom Watson won in 1980 (and is on the cover of the 1981 program), Bill Rogers won in 1981 (and is depicted on the 1982 cover), Tom Watson won in 1982 and 1983 (and is on the cover of the 1983 program). The 1981 program is for the 110th Open held at The Royal St. George's Golf Club. The 1982 program is for the 111th Open held at Royal Troon Golf Club. The 1983 program is for the 112th Open held at Royal Birkdale Golf Club. The programs are in good vintage condition. There is visible minor wear along the edges and light creasing on the spines consistent with age and handling. Please inspect the accompanying lot photos for a detailed condition report.
