2003 Masters Tournament Champion Dinner Menu Augusta National Golf Club - Night of Mike Weir Win!
This is an original printed menu for the Masters Champion Dinner held on Sunday, April 13, 2003, at the Augusta National Golf Club. The menu is constructed from heavy cream-colored cardstock. The front cover features a central embossed logo consisting of the vertically stacked text Augusta National Golf Club to the left of an outline map of the United States with a golf flag marking the location of Georgia. The interior right panel contains the printed menu selections. Appetizers include Gulf Shrimp Cocktail and Jumbo Lump Crabmeat Cocktail. Salad options are Caesar Salad and Sliced Beefsteak Tomatoes with Bleu Cheese. Entrees listed are Grilled Veal Rib Chop, Broiled Fresh Pompano, and Prime Filet Mignon with Bearnaise Sauce. Sides include Grilled Tomato, Steamed Asparagus, Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Idaho Potato, and Mashed Red Bliss Potatoes. Dessert selections are Chocolate Truffle Tart and Warm Nectar Peach and Berry Crisp with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. The wine pairings listed at the bottom are 1996 St. Francis Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and 2000 Shafer Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay.
