A Collection of 100th U.S. Open Pebble Beach 2000 Golf Memorabilia
This commemorative collection originates from the 100th U.S. Open Championship held at Pebble Beach Golf Links in 2000. The group consists of one souvenir plush bear, two logo golf balls, and five metal accessories. The cream-colored plush teddy bear features an embroidered logo on the chest including the text 100TH U.S. OPEN PEBBLE BEACH 2000 surrounding a crest with an American flag and the Lone Cypress tree. The bear includes a cardboard hang tag. The two Titleist DT Distance 2-piece golf balls, marked with red numbers 1 and 4, feature the full-color 100th U.S. Open logo. The metal accessories include a gold-tone shield-shaped volunteer pin with enamel accents and a butterfly clutch back; a silver-tone scroll-work logo pin with a butterfly clutch back; a circular cast pewter-tone commemorative medal or bag tag with a strap slot; a matching two-pronged pewter-tone metal divot repair tool; and a curved metal visor clip with white and black enamel reading U.S. OPEN. The medal and divot tool feature the event logo in relief.
