A Collection of Michael Jordan Golf Memorabilia Including Three Hats and One Trading Card
This collection focuses on Michael Jordan's participation in golf and includes three hats and one trading card. The first item is a white baseball-style cap with purple and green embroidery reading Michael Jordan Celebrity Golf Classic, featuring a basketball graphic. The side of the cap is embroidered with 1999 VOLUNTEER in purple thread. The interior crown features a tag for AHEAD Authentic Headgear and indicates the hat was manufactured in Bangladesh. The second hat is a two-tone design with a white crown and black brim, featuring a large, raised embroidered 23 in burgundy and gold with MICHAEL JORDAN GOLF positioned below. It also contains an AHEAD Authentic Headgear interior tag. The third hat is a black cap featuring a multi-color embroidered logo for the Michael Jordan Celebrity Challenge, a black cord detail across the bill, and a green under-brim. The collection is completed by a 1998 Sports Illustrated for Kids trading card, number 5 in the set, titled 1991 PLAYING GOLF. The card depicts Jordan in a golf swing pose on the front. The reverse provides information regarding his interest in golf simulators and an educational math problem. The card retains its original perforated edges, and photo credit is attributed to Barry Jarvinen/NBA Photos.
