A Set of Nine Ben Hogan Personal Model Forged Iron Golf Clubs
This is a professional set of nine Ben Hogan Personal model golf irons. The set includes the 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 irons, along with the Equalizer pitching wedge. The club heads are constructed of forged steel with a polished chrome finish. Each club head back features a stamped facsimile signature of Ben Hogan in script and the word PERSONAL in block letters. An incised serial number 2081 is located above the muscle back, accompanied by a decorative tri-color graphic consisting of three horizontal bars in blue, white, and red. The soles of the 2 through 9 irons are stamped HOGAN followed by the respective club number in red, while the wedge is stamped EQUALIZER in red block letters. The clubs are fitted with stepped steel shafts featuring red manufacturer labels and black plastic ferrules with decorative red, white, and blue bands. The set is equipped with black, textured wrap-style grips.
