A Trio of Official Major Championship Embroidered Golf Pin Flags
This lot features three official embroidered nylon pin flags from major golf championships. The first flag is white, commemorating the 93rd PGA Championship held at the Atlanta Athletic Club in 2011. It features a central embroidered crest with the club name and year, the text 93rd PGA Championship along the bottom, and a large navy blue 18 embroidered in the upper right corner. The second flag is white, from the 2012 U.S. Open held at The Olympic Club, featuring an embroidered winged O logo flanked by the event title and club name. The third flag is yellow, for the 79th PGA Championship held at Winged Foot Golf Club in 1997. It displays an embroidered central logo containing the Wanamaker Trophy, the club name, and the dates August 14-17, 1997. All three flags include three metal grommets on the left hoist and show embroidery structure on the reverse side. Official manufacturer's labels are present on the reverse of the PGA flags.
