Alex Herd Signed Album Page with Original Photo - 13th at St. Andrews

Scottish golfer Sandy "Alexander" Herd, who appeared in Open Championships from 1885-1933, leaves his signature on an album page with original photo of him competing at the Open Championship at the 13th hole at St. Andrews. Herd's autograph is seldom seen in the golf collector's world, making this ink signature a highly desired item. Herd won the 1902 Open, defeating Harry Vardon and James Braid by one stroke. Open Championships were the only Major tournaments he would appear in, choosing rather to compete in local golf tournaments.
