Framed 2012 Nedbank Golf Challenge Multi-Signed Commemorative Flag
A professionally framed and double-matted commemorative golf flag from the 2012 Nedbank Golf Challenge held at Sun City, South Africa. The white fabric flag features a central printed logo in a green and black gear-edged circle reading NEDBANK, Sun City 2012, and GOLF CHALLENGE in sans-serif characters. The flag is constructed with three metal grommets along the left hoist. The item is displayed in a dark green and gold-toned double mount within a black frame featuring a rope-patterned inner border. The matting contains eleven inset brass-tone nameplates corresponding to black ink signatures on the flag. These nameplates are engraved with the names Bill Haas, Louis Oosthuizen, Francesco Molinari, Sandy Lyle, Carl Pettersson, Justin Rose, Garth Mulroy, Lee Westwood, Bernhard Langer, Ian Woosnam, and Jay Haas. The nameplate for Justin Rose is centered directly below the flag logo. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.
