Robert Kroeger. The Golf Courses of Old Tom Morris: A Look at Early Golf Course Architecture. Cincinnati: Heritage Communications, 1995. This octavo-sized volume is bound in dark green textured publisher's cloth with gilt-stamped titles and decorative elements on the front cover and spine. This copy is a limited edition, hand-numbered 421 of 1,975 copies on the limitation page, and features the handwritten signature of the author, Robert Kroeger. The book consists of 348 numbered pages and includes a black-and-white frontispiece photograph of Tom Morris circa 1895. The text is illustrated throughout with black-and-white photographs and detailed golf course diagrams, including the 1995 layout of Lundin Links. The copyright page identifies the work as a first printing with a full number line (10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1) and lists the Library of Congress Catalog Card No. 94-73230 and ISBN 0-9618291-3-3.
