Multi-Signed 1996 US West Shoot-Out Program - Mickelson (x2), and others
Phil Mickelson has signed this 1996 U.S. West Shoot-Out program twice in his vintage signature, once on the cover and next to his photo inside the program. Other signatures are from Robert Gamez, Lee Janzen, Billy Mayfair, and Andrew Magee. The tournament was held at Tucson National Golf Resort. Program is in excellent condition.
