Ben Hogan Famous 1-Iron Shot at Merion Golf Club in 1950 US Open Poster
Ben Hogan's 1-iron approach shot to the 72nd green of the 1950 U.S. Open at Merion Golf Club remains one of golf's most iconic images. The classic shot was captured here on this poster, coming to you in great condition. Hogan would par the final hole to force an 18-hole playoff the following day, where he would prevail and outlast Lloyd Mangrum and George Fazio for the second of his four U.S. Open titles.
Signature on the poster is a facsimile. Item measures 24 3/4" x 17"
