Kenneth Smith Deflection Board - Measures Golf Shafts Flexibility
A Kenneth Smith Deflection Board, intended to accurately measure golf shafts flexibility, is offered in this lot. Golf club manufacturers have employed many methods for measuring shaft flexibility, and this Deflection Board is another attempt, one that gives the clubfitter a reliable tool to compare a shaft's flexibility to other clubs or against golf standards. To read a shaft's flexibility using this item, you mount the shaft on the board and install the weight on the tip of the club, and the flexibility is measured by where the tip is positioned. The item measures 48" x 12 1/4" x 3/4." The board comes in good condition.
