1975 Masters Member Gift - First-Aid Kit - with Original Note

Keeping in the tradition which the Augusta National started in the 1940s, this First Aid Kit was the gift presented to Masters contestants attending the 1975 Masters Tournament. This gift comes with its original card of thanks which was sent to contestants in appreciation of their appearance in the 1975 Masters. It is uncommon that this card is found with the 1975 Players gift. This First-Aid kit comes to you in NR-MT condition. The 1975 Masters was the fifth of Jack Nicklaus' six titles at Augusta. The original note reads:
