1967 & 1969 Open Championship PRESS/OBSERVER Arm Bands - DeVicenzo & Jacklin Wins
Two arm bands from Open Championship tournaments are offered in this lot. Both bands are Observer, one also was a press arm band. The arm bands come from the 1967 and 1969 Open Championships. Roberto De Vicenzo won his lone Major at the 1967 Open, held at Royal Liverpool Golf Club, holding off The Golden Bear by two strokes. The 1969 Open Championship was held at the Royal Lytham & St. Annes Golf Club and won by Tony Jacklin. The arm bands come in very good condition, showing minimal wear.
