1968 & 1974(Signed) Open Championship PRESS Arm Bands - Two of Gary Players Wins
Press arm bands from two of the three Gary Player Open Championship victories are offered in this lot, one of them signed by Player. Player leaves his signature in black Sharpie on a 1974 Open Championship Press arm band #53. The tournament was held at Royal Lytham and St. Anne's and was Gary's third Open title and eight of his nine Major victories. Also included in this lot is a 1968 Press arm band from the tournament held at Carnoustie Golf Links which saw Player win by two strokes over Jack Nicklaus and Bob Charles.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this autograph and their certification of its authenticity will come with this lot.
