Herman Keiser Signed & Inscribed "Masters 46" Photo
Keiser captured the first post World War II Masters outlasting Ben Hogan down the stretch on Sunday afternoon in 1946. Herman Keiser penned his name on the photo in this lot, adding the coveted inscription "Masters 46." It is signed in blue ballpoint and made out to a fan named William. Interestingly enough, the picture shows the late Herman Keiser posing with a personal bag of his with his last name spelled "Keizer." The reverse includes his name and 1946 Masters Champ in writing. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot. 4" x 6"
