1917 'Dormie One and Other Golf Stories' Book by Holworthy Hall
Contained a colorful cover illustration is a copy of the 1917 'Dormie One and Other Golf Stories' Book by Holworthy Hall. Hall makes mention of his good friend and then industry giant Grantland Rice on the dedication page. It reads "To the finest sportsman the kindest tutor and the best golfing companion of my aquaintance Grantland Rice this book is affectionately dedicated." It is in good condition, with a lengthy ink inscription to the owner on the flyleaf and loose binding that is seen in the lot's pictures.
