1930 US Open Championship at Interlachen Club Member Badge - Bobby Jones Grand Slam!
Here is a 1930 US Open Championship at Interlachen Club Member Badge from Bobby Jones' Grand Slam! This Interlachen Club badge, just outside of Minneapolis, bears the original paper nameplate inside the front cavity of member Mrs. W Stephens. George Trevor, sportswriter for the New York Sun, would phrase Jones' four Major triumphs in 1930 as Jones "stormed the impregnable quadrilateral of golf." This event captivated the minds of most 1930's Americans whether they were golf fans or not, offering the opportunity to see one of the grandest moments in the Golden Age of Sport, Bobby Jones' accomplishment as the only player to win the pre-Masters era Grand Slam. The immortal Bobby Jones' would produce one fourth of his greatest career achievement over this daunting course. This treasured vintage keepsake captures the course hole-by-hole as Jones faced it in 1930 in Minnesota.

All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). 1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
