The results likely of an errant tee shot are illustrated in this Original Les Hubbard Jan. 1947 'Golf Links' Watercolor Cartoon, bending the subject backwards after taking a ball to the noggin. The gentleman in formal attire was likely on a relaxed Sunday stroll in this golfing community prior to the interruption. Hubbard's original watercolor uses lights and darks around the color spectrum to bring the focus on the facial expression and action that it penned on paper. Artist Les Hubbard's signature and date are located in the bottom right-hand corner in the grass blades. 5 1/4" x 4 3/4"
