Charles Coody Signed 1971 Masters Tournament SERIES Badge #14920
Brilliant color still present on this Masters badge from the year Charles Coody was champ. The 1971 Masters marked a bit of redemption for Coody, as he bogeyed the final three holes in 1969 to finish two strokes back. This was his first and only Green Jacket. This example of the 1971 badge is free from cracking or secondary writing. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.
Thank you to all of our worldwide bidders and consignors for your support throughout the year. Please enjoy our final auction of 2020, it will come to an end this Sunday, December 13th at 9pm EST. Stay safe and be well, happy bidding! – The Golf Auction
