Arnold Palmer Signed Classic Used Umbrella Logo LH Golf Glove
Members of Arnie's Army continuously inquire about tournament used and personal items of their General knowing full well that his barn in Latrobe, PA houses the lion-share of that material collected from his career over five decades. This lot will be a sight for those sore eyes, as the very presentable game used Umbrella Logo LH Golf Glove carries Palmer's signature yellow, red, green and white is embroidered on the red front Velcro strap. Golf historians have long deemed Arnold Palmer's club grip as the best the game of golf has ever seen. Usage patterns on this glove include heavy wear on the thumb pointer and middle fingers, as well as the palm of the glove. Arnold Palmer applied his black sharpie signature to this already challenging medium to sign on, with wear from tournament usage contributing to a lighter signature as seen in photos. The King ultimately will always be remembered fondly for his character both on and off the golf course, with him bringing the game to the masses and in-turn popularizing the game of golf much more than any had anticipated. The King won 7 majors among 62 PGA Tour wins and was in the inaugural class of the World Golf Hall of Fame. Place your bids now as this auction will end at 9:00pm ET Sunday, February 14th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. When placing INITIAL bid, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
**If extended bidding goes pass midnight ET, The Golf Auction reserves the right to close the auction at any time. We recommend bidders place their maximum bids prior to that time. Thank you
