A special tribute to Arnold Palmer and the outstanding respect and admiration for his contribution to the game of golf is told through the story of these 5 medallions in their original casing. Each silver coin has a different significant event in his 50 year golf timeline, they are also listed below:
1. During a professional career that has spanned 80 years, Arnold Palmer has amassed 90 championships. These include four Masters, one US Open, and two British Opens.
2. Winning the US Amateur championship can change a golfer's life forever as it did for Arnold Palmer in 1954. The next year became the first in a long and storied career as a PGA Tour Professional.
3. Golf legend Arnold Palmer bids farewell to the 1995 British Open crowd with a wave from the Swilcan Bridge at the Old Course in St. Andrews, Scotland.
4. Arnold Palmer began the final round of the 1960 US Open at Cherry Hills seven strokes behind. He proceeded to drive the green on the par four first hole, birdied six of the first seven holes, and posted a score of 65, which gave him his first and only US Open Championship.
5. On April 9, 2004, Arnold Palmer completed in his 50th consecutive Masters Tournament. "I won't say I'm happy it's done," Palmer said of his 50-year streak. "Augusta and this golf tournament have been as big a part of my life as anything other than my family. I don't think I could ever separate myself from this club and this tournament"

When placing INITIAL bid in the auction, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. All items with multiple bids in the auction will be eligible for the extended bidding period. Each lot will have its OWN COUNTDOWN CLOCK set for a 30-minute interval, and the clock will extend 30-minutes from the time of the most recently placed bid for that lot. If no bids are placed on that lot during a 30-minute period, the lot will close. Place your bids now!
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will automatically close at 10pm ET
4. All available lots will begin closing on a LOT BY LOT basis at 10pm ET
**Once extended bidding starts at 10pm ET, each lot will then begin closing with its own 30-minute countdown timer. Lots without a bid during extended bidding will close at 10:30pm ET. We recommend you place your maximum bid(s) prior to that time. Thank you**
