Ben Hogan Vintage 'Roll-Out' Golf Green with Automatic Putting Cup

Presented here is an early branding effort of Bantam Ben Hogan to improve your score, with eye-catching graphics composed of vibrant color on the packaging. Its appearance gave the golfer no choice but to take a look at it in the sporting goods store many decades ago. 'Ben Hogan' is written in blazing red font across the top of the label, with an accompanying sales pitch for the "Revolutionary Practice Green Used by Leading Golfers for Improving Golf Scores..." Included inside the large cylinder package are the putting mat, along with an Automatic putting cup for the end target. Ben Hogan was, as still is, one of the top names in the world of golf. A nine-time major championship winner, Hogan is tied for fourth all-time in that regard and is one of only five golfers to complete the career Grand Slam, winning all four Majors. As stated on the container: "The Roll-Out Golf Green is made of Ultra Fabric #264, an amazing material which almost duplicates to perfection the average outdoor green---even to grain. Consisting of Indian goats' hair specially cut and fused, this fabric was developed after years of research and experimentation to comply with professional requirements" It is in good condition, with some slight expected overall wear. 7 1/2" diameter and stands 23" tall. Fabric measures to 94" x 21 1/4"

When placing INITIAL bid in the auction, you must agree to the terms BEFORE confirming your bid. All items with multiple bids in the auction will be eligible for the extended bidding period. Each lot will have its OWN COUNTDOWN CLOCK set for a 30-minute interval, and the clock will extend 30-minutes from the time of the most recently placed bid for that lot. If no bids are placed on that lot during a 30-minute period, the lot will close. Place your bids now!

1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will automatically close at 10pm ET
4. All available lots will begin closing on a LOT BY LOT basis at 10pm ET
