The colorful personality of Lee Trevino was a welcomed sight for the tour and its fans, as they gravitated towards the gentleman that was given the affectionate moniker of "Super Mex" while he stormed the PGA Tour. Trevino added his penmanship to both of these items, a wire photo depicted a made putt and Newsweek magazine giving a nod to his accumulation of tournament generated wealth that he had earned.
