Bobby Jones Walker Cup Captain 1930 Wire Photo
Here we offer a spectacular original 1930 wire photograph of Bobby Jones in anticipation of the upcoming Walker Cup where Jones was about to Captain the American squad vs. England later in the year. The caption is partially removed from this AP wire photo but enough is there to gain knowledge of its origination. The photograph has a partially missing top right corner and repair, a lower left missing corner, a small notch missing on the left side and tear as well as a few other blemishes as seen in the photos. Thankfully, most of these notables do not affect the image itself. 6" x 8"
