Vijay Singh topped Justin Leonard and Chris DiMarco in a play off to claim his third Major at the 2004 PGA Championship at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin. The World Golf Hall of Famer from Fiji won his third and final major tournament
German Martin Kaymer claimed the 2010 PGA Championship at Whistling Straits dramatically in a three hole playoff with Bubba Watson. This was Kaymer's first of two major titles
After years of being a perennial favorite, and as being the best active golfer not to win a major, Jason Day made a big statement at the 2015 PGA Championship at Whistling Straits. Day won his first Major championship title at the tournament with a total score of 20 under, the then lowest score in relation to par ever recorded in a Major, and 3 strokes ahead of Jordan Spieth
