Proudly presented is 1921 Open and 1920 PGA Champion Jock Hutchison's 1918 American Red Cross Western Golf Assoc. Medal. This wartime Red Cross enameled medal with an important hand engraving to Jock on the verso reading: To Jock Hutchison - In Recognition of Services in Golf Matches Under Auspices of Western Golf Association 1918."
Many of Golf's biggest names supported the World War I effort through exhibition matches. Showcasing their skills across the United States in exhibitions that raised funds for the American Red Cross. This bronze medal was presented to Jock Hutchison for his involvement in these events. It measures 2" in diameter.
