1970 Masters Tournament Series Badge #4831 Billy Casper Winner
The tournament was ultimately won in the final 18-hole playoff played at the Masters, where Billy Casper defeated Gene Littler 69 to 74 to win his third major championship. The 1970 tournament was the Masters debut for a then 20-year old amateur Tom Watson, who would go on to win twice at Augusta National.
