The 1991 cover shot of Golf World displays Phil Mickelson's first PGA win. This victory at the '91 Northern Telecom Open in Tucson was recorded while Phil was still an amateur, the last time a non-pro won a Tour event. This mounted cover has been signed by Phil Mickelson in black sharpie, and is hologrammed as an authentic signature by P.S.A.
