Here is one of Karsten Solheim's earliest Putters the B5. Karsten spent many nights in his garage in Redwood City in the late 1950's and early 60's tinkering on putters and getting the exact feel he wanted to every putter. These days most putters are mass produced and sold in the thousands. This putter was not made that way as the World Golf Hall of Famer, Karsten would not only make the putters but would also go out to the courses and try and get professionals to use his equipment.

This B5 is in good shape with the original Green Golf pride informer grip. Not many of these putters come up for auction and this early example is a great addition to any Ping Putter Collection.
